Pregnancy photo shoot | Miss D's D-Day

Here is the lovely pregnant Miss D whom I photographed less than two weeks before her due date. With D-Day so close by we weren't sure if the maternity photo shoot would go ahead until the actual day. I usually recommend booking pregnancy photo shoot before week 35 to avoid cancellation due to early arrival. It also becomes trickier to hold poses in the last weeks of pregnancy. Although, having gone through pregnancy myself, I am wary of choosing maternity photography poses that are easy for pregnant women to hold, it's good to keep in mind that your body's ability might decrease in the last few weeks of pregnancy. In Miss D's case, it all went perfectly smoothly and we got lovely pictures in her high ceilinged house, flooded with natural light.
