Pregnancy photo shoot | Miss S's light and space

Miss S had recently moved to her new place when we arrange to do a maternity photo shoot. She was still furnishing her house that had lots of blank walls and empty spaces. I like photographing pregnant women in their home as we can really reflect their taste and personality when they are surrounded by their creature comfort. In this case we had little to play with so we used light and space to create graphic lines. We also popped into the nearby park for an alfresco session. Miss S had plenty of pregnancy photo ideas and she had collected images online ahead of the shoot. She sent me a mood board with lots of lovely maternity photography poses which helps me understand exactly the type of pregnancy photos she was after. As a maternity photographer, I come to a session with lots pregnancy picture ideas, but getting a mood board ahead of the shoot helps create a real bespoke session. Miss S was a delight to work with, we had a lot of fun. and are planning to meet again once the baby is born for a newborn photography session... I cant wait for it.
